Created using the traditional Champagne Method, this sparkling wine has been celebrated in Wine Enthusiast’s Best of Year Advanced Buying Guide for five consecutive years.

Opening with lively notes of berries and cream, zesty orange, red apple, and peach, this sparkling wine reveals a delightful hint of biscuit from the yeast aging. The frothy mousse on the palate brings out flavors of bright strawberry and apple, while a toasty mid-palate leads to a creamy, refreshing finish.

94 Olet’te NV Mustard Celebration Sparkling Blend (Amador-Napa). This sparkling is sourced from Carneros Napa Valley, Anderson Valley, and Sonoma Coast. Rapid, tiny bubbles flutter towards the top of the glass, emanating aromas of fresh yellow apple, navel orange zest, white peach, and Irish salted butter on the nose. The midpalate has firm, creamy mousse and flavors of makrut segments, fresh caramel, yellow apple, praline, blood orange cream, brewer’s yeast, and saline, with a mouthwatering, dry finish.
